You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use these apps on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in full. Where these terms and Apple's disagree, Apple's win.
Some apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions. The title, the length of each period, what it unlocks and the price are shown in the app before you confirm, and the price you pay is the one Apple displays for your region.
Payment is taken by your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Several of these apps read sensors or public data. They are informational tools, not instruments, and not professional, medical, safety or legal advice. Each app states its own limits on a screen reachable in one tap; those statements are part of these terms. Do not rely on any of them where being wrong would be dangerous.
Do not use the apps to break the law or to interfere with anyone else's privacy or property. Do not decompile or resell them.
The apps are provided as they are, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
