Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device — cancelling in the app is not possible, because Apple owns the billing.
To restore a subscription on a new device, open the app's paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app shows no data. Check the network, then close and reopen it. Several apps cache their last result and show it while marked out of date.
A sensor reading looks wrong. The apps say plainly what their sensors can and cannot measure, on a screen reachable in one tap. Read that first — the limits are real and are not a fault in the app.
I want my data deleted. These apps store what they need on the device itself. Deleting the app removes it. See the privacy policy.
